PUBLIC ENEMY CAPTURED

It was a bleak winter afternoon when Imperium Guard Geoffrey Channing and fellow guard, Henry Price, found themselves walking along the deserted wizarding village of Diagon Alley. Since its destruction a few years ago, the once popular shopping and living destination has been subject to a few random lootings by riff raff, reports Channing. "It was a routine inspection, and we didn't expect to find anyone anywhere. The village has been vacant for a couple of years now. Most, if not all supplies, have been taken and placed where they belong."

Of course, yesterday's routine was hardly routine in what occurred. "We were walking down Carriage a few blocks from the reconstruction when I heard movement," explains Price. "So I put my hand out, signaling Geoff to stop before he hears us. We crept out of sight and waited for him to come down the path. It was then that we see he's none other than public enemy number one hisself: Damien Noland."

Damien Noland, best known for his political endeavors prior to the reform, has been serving as leader of an extremist group known only as the Order, which has been known to cause mayhem at otherwise peaceful demonstrations. Several suspected members have been apprehended in the past month alone.

"We suspect he was here to rally more troops, but what he got instead was what we here like to call a little justice." Channing looks down, shaking his head. "How can anyone want to change how things are now? Power is distributed how it should be and real change is being made daily. The only ones who would protest are those ignorant of what is going on inside Ministry doors," he reflects, shaking his head once more.

This truly is a day to remember for the wizarding community.
