First off, welcome to Homeless!
I need more in appearance. Just general stuff such as clothing, perhaps how he gets clothing. You mention prison tats, but not where or how he got them, or what they show. All things I'd like to know ^_< In his picture he has thick black eyeliner, and I'd like to know if he actually wears it, and if he does, where he gets his supply from. Does he wear any jewelry? I also need build, height, weight, etc ...
I feel that he has an excellent history, something interesting and not much listened to. However, I want more details! Get dirty! Tell the stuff he doesn't talk about. How many foster homes has he been through? Did he not talk as a little kid? Not even when he extremely excited or downright pissed? What made him too difficult to handle? You say he became a prostitute, but who gave him the idea to sell his body? How did a twelve year old boy find clients? You say he learned "new trades", but who taught him? There is so much extra you could add!
