 Somnium Academy is a school where students learns lessons not only during classes, but in their dreams as well. When each student goes to sleep they could be transported to another world, a Dream World where the odd is common and the impossible is possible.
Dream Beings live in this world, creatures both strange and wonderful. They call the Dream World their home and are used to the surreal happenings inside of it, after all they are just as surreal. One such being is The King who is the ruler of all of the Dream World, or at least tries to be.
Students who enter the Dream World take upon a Dream Form. This form is an aspect of the student's own personality, though it may not be an aspect that they themselves are particularly aware of. It is an unrecognisable manifestation of the student and can take any shape; be it gallant knight, lone wolf, or even a clockwork toy.
Members can play Students, Somnium Staff, or the Dream Beings themselves.
