When a seven year old girl died outside a private school in North Paladine, the city mourned. In her honor, they built a children's shelter on the border between North and South. In the beginning, no children went for fear of being shoved in a foster home. Slowly though, more and more children have gone. Free food, good beds, and decent toys for the ones who attend the shelter's school and have a guardian of some kind. A type of loose group home, you might say.
